As far as i know, the answer is NO – to all your queries. The chipset supports but the required lte modem is not in it.

(excluding Korea) The octa-core variant that we are getting.
I want to be future proof with my phone, reliance is most likely going to opt for the FD-lte. Will the current s4 available in India support “FD-lte”. Does the phone have any kind of lte functionality in it at all?
