I have updated my phone with XxXLQ4 firmware. This is definately more stable version than the others.Only one problem! I cannot wipe the cache in the recovery mode.I dont have any performance issues. The ram usage is between 320-410 mb but how do I wipe the cache now ?? On the recovry screen it shows the bot with exclamation mark. What do you think is the problem here?

I tried that too. But Kies is not detecting my phone. Maybe because it is an older version. Plz send me d link for d latest version of Kies. Thanks.
