With the link I gave, choosing even the smallest app (pico), it does not install with the error 70, Not enough storage.
My device is samsung i9003, with 1.2Gb free storage.
Hm…. Whats next? Any ideas?

I am facing the similar problem of “unable to signup to google account”. And I am able to access internet using the default browser. So connection is not the problem. Please help!
