I actually work at a cell phone company and that phone is a best seller, tied if not selling MORE than the iphones we have in stock, and since that phone came out, there have been no bad reviews about it. If you think that what you listed here are “problems or issues” with the phone, then build your own phone, because you my friend are trying too hard to find things wrong with this amazing phone. And just an FYI, the HTC’s are what get returned the most along with the windows phones. Do more research.

In reply to Gustavo. 1.Galaxy S4 Active is coming with waterproof capacity in near future.. Samsung knows that people do prefer waterproof feature and that's why making such device.. 2. Did you see the design, beauty and build quality of HTC One? Samsung has settled onto a design that is not very popular. People choose Galaxy phones not because of design, but because of other aspects and they do compromise for designs. If you see it from consumer's aspiration and un-compromised choice, consumers would be happy if Samsung could do something real about design and build.. And btw, neither apple nor samsung is paying any bucks to free thinkers and journalists.

In reply to Gustavo. Samsung has launched several devices in dual sim category in india. In fact, Samsung treats india as ine of those asian countries where dual sim devices sell more. Samsung has launched dual sim s4 in china. If samsung had launched the same in india, people would have always preferred the dual sim over single sim variant in india.

3.Samsung does update its phones they have been supporting still the sgs2 and of course nexus is first its the google phone but its the same with all other phones.

4.No flexible display and again have you seen a flexible display phone? If you have you are probably in a parallel universe.

5.I don’t hear nothing wrong with samsung earphone!!??

6. Nothing revolutionary
Sgs4 is a great phone if you can’t tell the difference betwen the new amoled display processor camera and extra features then you have the wrong job boy!
